Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Bhoomi Naturals account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Delete it yourself, right now

Sign in and open My account → Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm and your account is removed immediately and you are signed out everywhere.

Or ask us to do it

1. Email bhoominaturals7@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your account or including your registered mobile number.
2. We may verify it's you by sending a one-time code to your registered mobile number.
3. Your account, addresses and profile are deleted within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile, name, email, saved addresses, wishlist and sign-in sessions.
• Retained: order and payment records where Indian tax and accounting law requires, without identifying you further.
