This policy explains what the Bhoomi Naturals mobile application and website (“the Service”) collect, why, and what we do with it. Bhoomi Naturals delivers fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy to residential communities in India.
1. Information we collect

2. Information that stays on your device
If you use the Nutrition Setup feature in the Android app, the age, weight, height, sex, fitness goal and activity level you enter are stored only in the app's local storage on your phone. They are not transmitted to our servers, not stored in our database, and not shared with anyone. Your dietary preference (vegetarian / non-vegetarian) is also stored on your device; only that single preference is sent when you open the suggestions screen so we can filter the product list. Uninstalling the app erases all locally stored information.
3. Payments, and what we do not collect
- Payments. You can pay by Cash on Delivery or online (UPI, card, net banking). Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never received or stored by us. We receive only the payment status, a payment reference ID and the amount.
- Location. We do not request or use GPS location. Delivery areas are matched by the PIN code you type in.
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or files. We request no such permission.
- Advertising. There is no advertising or third-party analytics SDK in the app, and the website sets only the cookies described in section 6.
4. How your information is used
- To verify your phone number and keep you signed in
- To process, deliver and support your orders and subscriptions
- To contact you about a specific order — for example a delivery time change
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising or marketing by others.
5. Who we share it with
Only where necessary to run the service:
- Delivery personnel — your name, delivery address and phone number, so your order can reach you.
- SMS provider — your phone number, solely to deliver your one-time password.
- Payment processor (Razorpay) — the order amount and your phone number/name/email for pre-filling checkout, solely to process an online payment you initiate.
- Hosting and database providers — our application and database are hosted on third-party cloud infrastructure that stores this data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal authorities — where we are required to by applicable law.
6. Cookies (website)
The website uses two strictly necessary, HTTP-only cookies to keep you signed in (a short-lived access cookie and a 30-day refresh cookie). They are not readable by scripts and are not used for tracking or advertising. Logging out removes them.
7. Security
- All traffic between the Service and our servers uses HTTPS encryption.
- In the Android app, sign-in tokens are held in the device's encrypted secure storage (Android Keystore); on the website they are held in HTTP-only cookies.
- Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
8. Retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under Indian law. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details and retain only what the law requires, in a form that no longer identifies you where possible.
9. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may: ask what personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete; ask us to delete your account and personal data; and withdraw consent for any optional processing. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. We respond within 30 days.
10. Account and data deletion
To delete your account and associated personal data, email bhoominaturals7@gmail.com from the address on your account, or include your registered mobile number. Your account, addresses and profile are deleted within 30 days. Order records are retained where tax law requires, without identifying you further. See also our account deletion page.
11. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, notify you in the app or on the website.
