1. Using the Service

By creating an account or placing an order on the Bhoomi Naturals website or app you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details, including a working mobile number and delivery address.

2. Orders and availability

Products are fresh and availability changes daily. We may substitute, reduce or cancel an item that is unavailable and will refund any amount already paid for it. We deliver only to serviceable PIN codes; you can check yours at checkout.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. The amount payable is calculated by our server when you place the order. You can pay by Cash on Delivery or online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).

4. Delivery

Choose a delivery slot at checkout. Slots are estimates; delays caused by weather, traffic or supply are possible. Please ensure someone can receive the order.

5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, abuse coupons or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Perishable goods must be stored as instructed on delivery.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
